2.1 Account Security

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person or the same device is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any earned bonuses.

If any personal information on your account changes (mobile number, email, payment method), you must inform our support team. bgd888 will not be held responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit at bgd888, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total Balance ৳2,200
• Example: Deposit ৳10,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total Balance ৳15,000
• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

3.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash; they may only be used as betting balance.
• When betting with bonus balance, only real money winnings are withdrawable.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time, unless stated otherwise in the offer's terms.
• bgd888 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without notice.

3.3 VIP Program and Cashback

bgd888's VIP program has three tiers, determined by a user's activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

VIP cashback is distributed every Monday. Moving to a higher VIP tier requires consistent activity and a specified betting volume.

4.1 Deposits

bgd888 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank)

4.2 Withdrawals

If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, any valid balance will be returned.
